Saison w/ Peaches 7.5% ABV - 440 mL - 4 Pack

This beer is a tapestry of local goodness. Voyager Craft Malt's organic malts (barley, wheat, and oats) form the base, while whole cone Centennial hops from Ryefield Hops in the brewhouse adds a distinctive touch. The magic unfolds with 12 months of fermentation and ageing in ex-Chardonnay French oak barrels, nurtured by a Brett-dominant mixed-culture.

The journey continues with a refermentation on sun-ripened peaches from Southview Orchard in the Hogarth Range. Finally, raw honey from Sunny Times in the Tweed Valley lends a touch of floral aroma and a rich mouthfeel as the beer naturally conditioned in can for several months.

The result? An aroma that tantalises with floral peach, funky notes, whispers of chardonnay, and a hint of creamy vanilla. The flavours follow suit, offering a delightful interplay of peach, characteristic funk, almond, floral honey and subtle oak tannins.
