A bright and refreshing beer that marries the citrusy notes of bergamot with the tropical fruitiness of Victoria hops. Expect juicy grapefruit and mango flavours, balanced by a crisp, clean finish. Subtle mineral notes and a pithy bitterness provide satisfying refreshment.
This beer celebrates exceptional produce from NSW, featuring organic malted barley, wheat and oats from Voyager Craft Malt in Whitton, Certified Sustainable hops from Ryefield Hops in Bemboka, as well as bergamot from renowned local citrus growers Gerard and Anne at Buck’s Farm in Chillingham, and our house mixed culture.
Release 008 | Summer 2024/25 | Production time of 19 months. Fermented and aged in French oak barriques for 16 months. Conditioned in can for 3 months.
