Organic, single origin malts from Voyager Craft Malt, and Certified Sustainable hops from Ryefield Hops. After barrel fermentation and ageing, this blend was refermented on 100+ varieties of fresh purple passionfruit from Shane Adams in Burringbar, and then conditioned in can on raw honey from Sunny Times Honey in the Tweed Valley.

Vibrant, and bursting with tropical fruit flavours, this golden blend offers a refreshing aroma of passionfruit, vanilla, and a hint of sour candy, balanced by the sweetness of raw honey and white grape. On the palate, the passionfruit takes centre stage, followed by a refreshing burst of cut grass, spearmint, and pineapple juice. The lively carbonation and lactic acidity create a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel, leading to a lingering honeyed-tea and tart finish.
