This vibrant saison was fermented on fresh yuzu sourced from renowned local citrus growers, Gerard and Anne Buchanan. Utilising their imperfect but still delicious fruit, the beer delivers a zesty aroma and a bright sherbet tang. Exceptionally clean and refreshing on the palate, the full yuzu flavour develops as it breathes and warms revealing new levels of complexity with each sip.
