Accessibility

At Caldera Brewing, we believe sharing a drink, a snack, and a good conversation should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space at our South Murwillumbah cellar door for guests of all abilities, backgrounds, and needs.

We aim to share clear, honest, and practical information about our venue so you can plan your visit with confidence.

Parking & Drop-off

On-street parking with flat ground access and a drop-off zone close to the main entrance.

Wheelchair Access

Step-free access throughout, with a small threshold lip (< 20 mm) at the main entry.

Accessible Bathroom

Unisex accessible bathroom on-site with step-free entry and handrails fitted (LH).

Seating Options

Mix of low tables, high tops, and moveable chairs for flexible layout options.

Service Animals

Fully welcomed inside the cellar door and across all outdoor grounds.

Dietary Considerations

Visitors with dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions or other requirements are welcome to bring a packed meal.   Our venue is entirely BYO food anyway!

Sensory Considerations

Our cellar door is a unhurried, relaxed space. However, peak times (such as Saturday afternoons or special food pop-ups) can naturally get livelier and noisier. If you prefer a quieter experience, visiting earlier in the afternoon when we open is ideal. Our team is always happy to turn down ambient music or help you find a quieter spot upon request.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

We are constantly working to improve accessibility across our venue and digital channels. If you have specific accessibility questions before visiting, need assistance during your stay, or have feedback on how we can improve, please reach out to us through our contact page, or speak directly to one of our team members during opening hours.
