Earthy, herbal undertones of mugwort, paired with the bright citrus of lemon myrtle.  A different kind of bitterness, balanced by conditioning on raw honey.  This unique and wholesome beer is perfect for sharing and elevates any dining occasion.

Using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients, this beer features certified organic mugwort and lemon myrtle grown by Toby at Johny's Garden, raw honey from Sunny Times (both from the Tweed Caldera), organic malted barley, wheat, and oats from Voyager Craft Malt (Whitton), and Certified Sustainable hops from Ryefield Hops (Bemboka).

Batch #1 | Released Summer 2024/25 | Fermented and aged in french oak puncheons and barriques for 12 months. Conditioned in bottle for 5 months.
