This is the second release of our saison, dry-hopped before packaging with Red Earth hops from Ryefield Hops. The character of this hop perfectly complements our house culture and will continue to evolve, making this release an ideal candidate for cellaring.
In this year’s vintage, the nose is greeted by bright, zesty citrus and delicate floral nuances. On the palate, an earthy complexity takes centre stage, balanced by a subtle, lingering spice. These elements marry perfectly, leading to a soft, satisfying finish defined by a gentle bitterness and a refreshing hint of lactic tartness.
