Pudding Stout | 15% ABV | 750 mL

This beer's journey began in early 2021 with our friends at Seven Mile Brewing in Ballina, NSW, who brewed the foundation: a luscious pudding stout bright with plum, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

After transferring to one of our ex-pinot noir barrels, it was left to rest for ten months with the beginnings of what would become our house culture. Following a long post-oak maturation, the stout was bottled and conditioned with the subtle sweetness of raw Sunny Times Honey.

Boasting a viscous, port like body, the alcohol is nicely balanced by rich notes of liquorice, prunes, and warming winter spices.

This is the perfect digestif to enjoy after a festive meal or as a pairing with dessert.  Definitely one to share!
