Refermented on fresh, whole organic Rose Zee plums sourced from Messines Farm in Queensland's Granite Belt on Kambuwal country.

This release balances plush plum notes with a sharp, skinsy bite. It carries a dry, tannic structure, wild spice, and a bright, refreshing acidity.   Perfect for drinking today, though a stretch in the cellar will reward those with enough patience.

The sun ripened plums were sourced from Messines Farm, a family-owned and operated regenerative agriculture farm. Their focus on sustainable farming and looking after the land means the fruit arrives at the cellar door with an incredible depth of flavour, capturing a true sense of regional provenance.
