Neighbourhood Froth Issue #2 Dark Ale | 7.8% ABV | 375 mL

Introducing Neighbourhood Froth Issue #2, brewed in collaboration with our neighbours, Spangled Drongo Brewery.

This is a dark ale, brewed last year and matured with Caldera's house culture in ex-muscat barrels that previously aged rum. Finished with vanilla bean from Vanuatu, expect a big nose of muscat, citrus, a hint of rum and the underlying chocolate and coffee flavours from the base beer. Slightly tart, the vanilla helps to create a smooth finish and balance the acidity. Think - barrel aged choc orange. Deep, indulgent, and built for slow sipping.
