This dry-hopped saison's unique depth of flavour is provided by Red Earth, an Australian variety of hops, grown at Ryefield Hops. The nose is greeted with white pepper, floral nuances and zesty citrus, while a strong earthiness and spice create a grounding complexity. These elements marry well, leading to a soft, satisfying finish with a hint of lactic tartness.
Batch #1 | Autumn 2025 | Production time of 24 months. Fermented and aged in French oak puncheons and barriques for 22 months. Conditioned in can for 4.5 months.
